basics
Perfect for anyone who's brand new to yoga or feels a bit out of practice, our super inviting, extremely thorough basics yoga class explores fundamental postures and the breath work associated with them.

syj-O
This is the joint's version of open level yoga. It's 75 challenging minutes of mind and body bending awesomeness given in truly eclectic SYJ style. Salute the sun, jump back, fly forward, stand on your hands and get your flow on! Previous experience is recommended, as there's a lot more movement and less explanation.

It's downward dog in double time! These lightening fast, quick moving SYJ Flow classes are certifiable hours of power for yogis on the run.

spiritual gansters (aka: advanced):
Our advanced practice is tough like Al Capone without the lying and cheating. In all seriousness, if you want to take your practice to the next level, this truly hardcore class will bring you there. All we ask is that you're able to do handstands (at the wall) and urdva dhanurasana without a little help from your friends. For your safety, prior permission from the instructor is required. Get ready to kick some asana!

follow the yogi
Practice alongside the teacher in a challenging vinyasa flow. Less instruction will be offered than in the open level classes.

the big chill
It's yoga and Zen some or what we pretzel peeps affectionately like to call, "restorative" yoga. You'll use blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets to really sink into and benefit from many different delectable postures.
