First and foremost, you are all superb yoga instructors. But beyond that, I think you each bring a high level of
intelligence, worldliness and sense of humor to the classes. Even in your choices of music and poetry, there is
thoughtfulness. This does not go unnoticed. I can honestly say that I leave each class feeling smarter and stronger
for having attended. You guys are great.

I just LOVE Saraswatis! Before the "joint" I had only dabbled in yoga at my gym. I never made a connection to the
practice. Now, I am so grateful to this studio and the teachers and the practice they teach because it all makes sense
to me now. What Sara's teaches is what I imagined real yoga should feel like. It fills the gap I had in my life in a
spiritual and physical way. To be able to spend an hour filling my soul while at the same time nurturing my body is
incredibly powerful. I feel more centered and strong. I tell everyone I know about it!

When I walk into Saraswati's I feel like I'm 'home' - it brings about a sense of peace, serenity, and well-being all
wrapped in one package. There is always a smiling face, always a hug to give or be had, always a fellow yogi to talk to.
Saraswati's has become an important part of my life for the fellowship it brings as well as what it has done for my mind
and body. Yoga has created an inner peace for me, and when I'm anywhere in a stressful situation I can just breathe
instead of getting crazy! It has changed my body in so many wonderful ways; physically I feel so much healthier and know
I am capable of moving my body in ways that people half my age cannot - that is all because of yoga. And what can I say
about the teachers? Each and every one of them are wonderful - they are patient, helpful, kind, inspiring, focused women
who truly believe in what they do - this is not just a side 'gig' for them; it is apparent this is a practice to which
they have devoted themselves to - and this shines through every time they walk into the room and teach a class
(and needless to say they are amazing practitioners - I love to watch them!). I have never been in a studio that is as
inviting as Saraswati's - from the multi-colored walls and curtains to the pictures on the walls and candles burning,
when I walk up the stairs I just go "ahhhhhhh", and I'm so happy to be in the space!! Obviously I love you guys and
thank-you for all that you have brought to me!! If I can just learn how to do wheel I'll be all set!!

Sara's Yoga Joint is a true community with gifted and caring teachers. The studio has a warm, playful, and welcoming
energy. I have taken classes from four different teachers at the joint and I was impressed by all of them. They are fully
committed to their practice and fully committed to their students. It is a gift to find teachers who have a deep
understanding and a true love of yoga with the ability to pass that experience and love on to others. Sara's Joint is
a rare find!

Saraswati's is a wonderful sanctuary for yoga practitioners from all walks of life and levels of experience. The highly
knowledgeable teachers emphasize proper alignment as well as focusing on individual requirements. As a result of
Saraswati's safe and skilled teaching practices, I have progressed more in the past 5 months than in my previous 11 years
of yoga experience. I feel very fortunate to have found Saraswati's and highly recommend it.

It's the yummy smell, as soon as, I open the front door that greets me and let's me know something good is about to
happen. Sara's is a happy, warm place filled with lovely beautiful teachers and happy eager students ready to experience
the joys of the joints special blend of yoga. It is a contagious feeling you notice as soon as you get there. The joint
encourages me to evolve my yoga practice both mentally and physically and then challenges me to bring my practice with me
out on the road. When I roll out my mat, I know it's the only time in my day for me, it's 90 delicious minutes of physical
and mental play. I always leave with a lighter heart, spirit and body too. For that, ladies, i am always gratefully in
love with sara's.

3 years ago shortly after the birth of my triplets I was experiencing the greatest physical and emotional change in my
life. I was suffering from pain and illness all caused by stress. When I found "The Joint" after visiting numerous doctors
for advice, I found myself again, I began to recover mentally and physically by finding the practice wether it was once
twice or several times a week it gave me the peace and spiritual support to find strength during this very difficult time.
I now have moved away from Norwalk and am living in Austin TX, since moving here I have tried to find the same nurturing
environment I had at Saraswati's but have not. It is by far the most unique yoga experience anywhere, and I deeply miss
everyone. Thank you for your studio.
